Upon receipt of your request, one of our experts will contact you by phone or e-mail to know the type of watches you want to offer.

2. First assessment
Once we've received the pictures and certificates, one of our expert will be able to give you an approximate value of your goods.
If you can't provide your watches documents, our expert will help youto examine your good by phone and get the maximum of informations.
In any case, the finalassessment and the real value of your goods will be determined after a real examination done physically by one of our experts in our office in Geneva._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_
3. Full evaluation at our office or your place
After the second step comes the physical evaluation of your goods by one of our experts.

After careful examination of your goods we will propose an appointment in our office in Geneva or at your home according to your convenience.

4. Payment / Transaction
Once the final evalation is done we will be able to make a financial offer on your goods.
If you accept our offer the expert will seal the goods in front of you and we will then start the transaction and payment phase.

According to your request, payment can be made in cash (according to the limit authorized by law) or bank wire within 24h.
​
IMPORTANT:Our experts never carry cash with them during anevaluation for safety reasons. Any payment is done only at the bank office or by banktransfer within 24 hours.
